Return + Exchange

At Ryhan Boutique our goal is to provide our customers with a great boutique In-Store or Online shopping experience and will gladly accept returns and exchanges of full priced merchandise.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will try and do our best to make it better! 

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES: 

  • Customers may return or exchange any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of in-store purchase date for store credit.
  • Customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
    • Items CANNOT be returned or exchanged if the item has been damaged, washed, worn, altered or the tag(s) has been removed. Items must be received in original condition, all tags must be attached - has stains, animal hair, scent/smoke smell items will not be accepted.  
    • No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. Store credit only.
    • The following categories are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned:

      • All Accessories
      • Bodysuits
      • Markdown Items (marked as “FINAL SALE”)
      • Hats
      • Jewelry
      • Sunglasses

      Ryhan Boutique has the right to deny refund/exchange if merchandise does not meet the return/exchange policy requirements.

      • All qualifying returns are welcome within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Items must be received in original condition, all tags must be attached - damaged, washed, worn, altered, has stains, animal hair, scent/smoke smell items will not be accepted.  
      • All markdowns/discounted merchandise is final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
      • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
      • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (even on exchanges).
        • Please allow 24-48 business hours to process you return/exchange once we receive it.

        DAMAGED OR INNCORRECT ITEMS:

        Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. In case of damaged or incorrect items or problems, please contact us within 2 days through email @ ryhanboutique.returns@gmail.com.  Please include photos of the items(s) damaged.
